Easy Enough. No googling. You can work it out.

Economist Henry George was a proponent of the land value tax. He held the philosophy that things found in nature, such as land, belongs equally to all humanity.
He also gave the Single Tax  theory, which talks about the ill effect of land monopolies.

One of her followers was Elizabeth Magie, who created something to explain the ill effects of the latter, although through time this intention seems to have been lost. Also lost was the fact that Elizabeth Magie was involved in this creation. A guy called Darrow, one of the later developers of this creation, came to be recognized more, although this has now been questioned and Elizabeth is finally atleast getting some due.

What am I talking about?
