Fill in the Blank
It means chaos, or disorder today. Originally from these stanzas, full of clues.
A solemn council forthwith to be held
At ______________ , the high capital
Of Satan and his peers; their summons called
From every band and squared regiment
By place or choice the worthiest; they anon
With hundreds and with thousands trooping came
Attended; all access was thonged, the gates
And porches wide, but chief the spacious hall
A solemn council forthwith to be held
At ______________ , the high capital
Of Satan and his peers; their summons called
From every band and squared regiment
By place or choice the worthiest; they anon
With hundreds and with thousands trooping came
Attended; all access was thonged, the gates
And porches wide, but chief the spacious hall

Id X and Y.
Juan Fernandez was the discoverer of an archipelago, which is named after him, and now in Chile. The main island (largest) in the archipelago is X, and before 1966 it was known by another name, which translated as closer to home. The island was hit by a tsunami in 2010, and huffingtonpost ran a small article on how a young girl saved her neighbors by sounding an alarm.
Of course the island is known more to have been the stranding place of a guy called A.Selkirk, who was on the island for about four years with very few items This included gunpowder and a bible. It is said that he was a possible inspiration for Y. (X and Y are kind-of same). Y lead to the main island talked about earlier being named X.

The night was filled with dark and cold,
When Sergeant Talbert, the story’s told,
Pulled on his poncho and headed out,
To check the lines dressed like a Kraut.
Upon a trooper, our hero came,
Fast asleep, he called his name,
Smith! Oh, Smith! Get up! It’s time
To take your place out on the line.
[And Private] Smith, so very weary,
Cracked an eye all read and bleary,
[Then] grabbed his gun [rifle], he did not tarry,
Hearing Floyd but seeing Jerry.
DON’T! cried Tab, IT’S ME!, and yet,
Smith charged, tout suite, with bayonet.
He lunged, he thrust, both high and low,
And skewered the boy from Kokomo.
And as they carried him [Floyd] away,
Our punctured hero was heard to say,
When in this war you venture out,
Best never do it dressed as a Kraut!
Gimme the title of the poem and where would you find it? (quite famous)
